The Missouri Job Center of St. Charles County is open to the public for in-person services.
Citizens seeking unemployment insurance (UI) are directed to use the Department of Labor and Industrial Relation’s UI hotline 1-800-320-2519 or visit uinteract.labor.mo.gov.
We continue to recommend that you access our services online or request assistance by email or phone when possible. If you do need to come to our office, we encourage you to schedule an appointment first by calling 636-255-6060.
Missouri Job Centers are offering reemployment services. Those services include resume and interview preparation as well as assistance with job searching. The Job Centers also offer training assistance to those that qualify. Apply for Job Seeker Services or Youth Programs.

Our department has successfully administered employment and training programs since 1972 through funding provided by the Missouri Division of Workforce Development and the U.S. Department of Labor, and now provides important services to job-seekers and area businesses in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014.
Overseeing the work of the Missouri Job Center of St. Charles County is the Workforce Development Board, a group of volunteers appointed by the County Executive to represent local businesses, service partners, trade unions and others in the community.
Based on our Local WIOA Plan, we focus our efforts on rewarding career pathways in the growing business sectors of information technology, healthcare, financial services, advanced manufacturing and logistics/transportation.
