Why: The proposed improvements are intended to reduce congestion at the Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Highway K interchanges on Route 364, by providing a new access point within that lengthy 4.4 mile stretch. The roadway will improve travel times, reduce delays, and provide more direct access to the largely residential area of Cottleville and surrounding communities.

When: The anticipated schedule for this project is to complete design by late 2018, acquire necessary easements and right-of-way through the second half of 2018 and begin construction early in 2018.

The interchange project initially is estimated at $9 million with a completion date projected to be late 2019 or early 2020.
