All public comments will be included with the final CAPER that will be submitted to HUD on or about March 31, 2020. St. Charles County Fireworks Stands Application Deadline is Feb. 21, 2020
For those who plan to operate fireworks stands within commercial or industrial zoned areas of unincorporated St. Charles County, the St. Charles County Planning and Zoning Division is now taking applications for Conditional Use Permits for Temporary Fireworks Stands. The last day to file applications will be Feb. 21, 2020. Applications will be presented and voted on at the March 18, 2020, St. Charles County Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
