Multi-Use Trail

Several miles of natural trail within Broemmelsiek Park is open for hiking, biking, and equestrian use. More than 7 miles of trail (crossing wooded hillsides, open pasture, and scenic views) are currently open to the public. Additional trail will be added with future development.

Users are asked to follow the posted trail regulations regarding use and upkeep. Occasionally, due to inclement weather, the Parks Department is forced to close its natural-surface trails to bicyclists and horses in order to protect them from damage. To learn the status of our trails before you visit, please call the park info hotline at 636-707-0011.

To avoid extensive damage, trails may be open to foot traffic only during freeze/thaw conditions. Please read more about the negative effects freeze/thaw conditions  have on natural-surface trails.
